A Letter From Our President

Dear BHRSC Family,

We've received many emails with your concern about Bixby, the 5 year old hound who was at the Carson shelter.

We're happy to announce that one of our BHRSC volunteers went to the Carson shelter and rescued Bixby today. He's now at the Alicia Pet Care Center, where our veterinarians will give him a full check-up and any care he may need.

The "Saving Carson Shelter Dogs" page on Facebook has been updated to show that Bixby's been rescued: https://www.facebook.com/savingcarsonshelterdogs/videos/538185293020776/

As well, The Alicia Pet Care Center has also posted a video of his BHRSC on-boarding earlier today: https://www.periscope.tv/w/1lPKqgoPmqnJb

As always, thank you for looking out for the hounds!

Sincerely,

Melissa Ruthenbeck-Chiaramonte
BHRSC President
