1. I confirm all of the information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.

2. I understand many hounds in need of foster care are of unknown background and temperament and may have been exposed to kennel cough or other contagious diseases; therefore, I understand I will need to keep my own dogs current on all vaccinations.

3. I confirm I am financially and physically able to undertake the care of a basset and I understand I will be reimbursed for pre-approved expenses related to fostering.

4. I agree to return the dog to BHRSC (to be relocated to another foster home or boarding facility) if the foster situation does not work out for any reason.
